Building Services
This project is related to the design project in Semester 2 which relates to a domestic size building. We were to demonstrate our understanding of building services by proposing and designing the most appropriate system for the building which include:

electrical supply system
-
cold water and hot water supply system
-
sewrage and sanitary system
-
drainage system
Thus, we were required to produce appropriate drawings and schematic diagrams which include specifications, symbols, legend, images, text etc to show and describe the planning installation of the building services. Images attached below is the compilation of all application of building services.
PROJECT 2: CASE STUDY AND DOCUMENTATION OF BUILDING SERVICES SYSTEM
in this project, in a group of 6, we were to choose a 5-storey high building which can be either public or commercial building to perform a through study and anlaysis of the following services system associated to the building:

mechanical ventilation
-
air-conditioning system
-
active and passive fire protection system
-
mechanical transportation system
We were to document our findings accordingly and by using pictures and diagrams to evaluate our understandings on the systems that have been observed.
